1. To install the sprayer parts correctly. Check whether each connection is leaking, when using, first install clear water test spray, and then install pharmaceuticals.

2. When officially used, add the agent first and then add water, and the liquid level of the liquid should not exceed the safe water level. Before spraying, first trigger the rocker more than 10 times, so that the barrel air pressure rises to the working pressure. The rocker should not be pulled with excessive force to avoid the explosion of the gas chamber.

3. The first time the liquid is loaded, because the air chamber and the spray bar contains clear water, the concentration of the liquid sprayed in the first 2 to 3 minutes of spraying is low, so attention should be paid to replenish the spray, so as not to affect the effectiveness of pest control.

4. When the work is finished, the residual liquid in the barrel should be poured out in time and washed and dried with water, at the same time, check whether there is water in the air chamber, if there is water, remove the water connector to release the water.

5. If the sprayer is not used for a short period of time, the main parts should be cleaned, dried and installed, placed in a cool, dry place for storage. If not used for a long time, each metal part should be coated with butter to prevent rusting.

Common failures and troubleshooting methods

Insufficient spray pressure, poor atomization: If the water inlet ball valve is set aside by dirt, you can remove the water inlet valve, use a cloth to remove dirt; If the bowl is broken, replace the new bowl; If the connection part is not equipped with a seal, or air leakage due to damage to the seal, you can add or replace the seal.

Spray can not be fog: If the oblique hole of the nozzle body is blocked by dirt, can be unclogged oblique hole; if the spray hole blockage can be disassembled to clean the spray hole, but do not use wire or copper needles and other hard objects to stab the spray hole to prevent the eye from expanding, so that the spray quality becomes poor; if the casing is blocked by the screen or over the water valve ball set aside, should clean the screen and clean the dirt set aside ball.

Switch leakage or unscrewing: If the switch cap is not tightened, the switch cap should be tightened; if the gasket on the switch core is worn, the gasket should be replaced; the switch can not be unscrewed because it has been placed for a long time, or used for too long, the switch core is bonded by the leaching of chemicals, the parts should be removed and cleaned in kerosene or diesel fuel; if it is difficult to remove, it can be soaked in kerosene for a period of time, and then removed can be removed, do not use hard objects to knock.

Leakage of each connection part: if the joint is loose, should be tightened nuts; if the gasket is not put flat or broken, the gasket should be put flat, or replace the gasket; if the gasket dry shrinkage hardened, can be softened in animal oil before use.
